4. What are the dimensions available?
Perfect Art & Craft Co., Ltd is highly customizable. We can carve at the dimensions preferred by you.

5. Do you custom make?
Yes, we carve stone out of your drawing & picture at nice craftsmanship.

6. Do you install?
We do not install directly. You can seek help from our distributors or other stone fabricators & contractors in your area.

7. Do you accept individual order? How will you deal with individual order?
Generally no. We sell to business. We will refer individual order to our nearest distributors.

8. What is the minimum quantity you require?
Our minimum order is USD6000.00 or half container at least. If your order is less than one container, please feel free to contact us to confirm.

9. What is your warrant policy?
Perfect Art & Craft Co., Ltd warrants that all carved stone items are of merchantable quality and will be replaced if defective or broken. The client should inform us within 10 days of delivery. Yes, we are sure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong wooden crates for outside packing. Inside, we use cardboard box. In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens, firstly you can refer to the insurance company to claim the damage. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take the responsibility.

10. What is the package?
The carved stone are packed in strong seaworthy wooden crates. Each stone is well protected.

11. How about fumigation?
All wooden crates are fumigated before shipment. Certificate of Fumigation is provided upon request for your Custom clearance procedures.

12. How many items can be loaded in a container?
Generally one container can load approximately 16-25MT depends on the items. The weight are estimated when you are quoted.

13. What is your lead time?
1) Normally one container order needs 5 weeks.
2) Transportation duration information:
West European main port: 27 days
Felixstowe / Belfast / South Ampton: 40 days
Dublin: 35days
Western coast of America: about 18 days
Eastern coast of America: about 30 days

14. What is your port of loading?

15. How many inventory do you require for your distributor?
Not any inventory required from us. You manage on your own your inventory level. We suggest you to make a market study to keep a suitable inventory so that you will not run out of stock for retail purchase. The lead time is 8-10 weeks. The sales season of the carved stone is on summer.

16. Do you have any other special requirement on the qualification of distributor?
We do not have qualification of general distributors. But we do have some requirement for the exclusive distributors in certain territory. If you hope to distribute Perfect Art & Craft Co., Ltd exclusively, please contact us for details.

17. Do you have a CD catalog?
Yes. Our catalog is only sent to business with serious interest in stone products.

18. What is our acceptable payment?
L/C at sight (Letter of Credit), T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)

19. Where our factory located in?
Our factory is located at the Quyang city, which is near the capital of China Beijing city. From Beijing to our factory just need about 3 hours by car.

21. Order Procedure
1. Selection of products and specify the dimensions. To get confirmation of stone. Samples are available

2. Estimation and quotation on products, shipping and insurance cost.

3. Confirmation about the order information (quantity, price, delivery time, payment terms etc.).

4. Down payment to be sent or L/C to be set up. Fax bank statement as confirmation.

5. Production by our factory. Inspection of the finished products (customer comes here to inspect or our inspectors do it and email the photo of ordered marble carving to customer).

6. Packing, transport, make shipment to your nearest port or your final address. Submit the relevant documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to the bank or fax them directly to clients to require the balance's payment.
